Jean-Paul Duminy is a South African cricketer who has been playing in the highest formats of the game for more than fifteen years. The Proteus batting all-rounder has been a consistent performer for the team and he played a number of games for South Africa before retiring from international cricket in ICC world cup 2019. Even though Duminy has been a familiar figure in franchise-based T20 leagues, he has not played in BPL.
But this will come to an end this year as the Rajshahi Kings have made a contact with Duminy by which he will be featuring in BPL 7 for the tea, as a foreign player. Duminy’s inclusion in the Rajshahi Kings squad will surely inspire the team to go long in the upcoming Bangladesh Premier League.
